Game Day Elite is a VIP sports experience concierge service under Jones & Co Signature Services. We handle every detail of your game day experience — from sourcing tickets and hotel accommodations to restaurant reservations, transportation, parking, and a fully personalized day-by-day itinerary.

You tell us your event and your vision. We handle everything else so you can show up and enjoy.

We specialize in professional and college sports experiences, including:

  • NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and MLS games
  • College football and basketball games
  • Championship events — playoffs, Super Bowl, NBA Finals, World Series, Stanley Cup
  • Bowl games, March Madness, and conference championships
  • Any major sporting event where you want a premium, stress-free experience

Not at all. Many of our clients are seasoned travelers and sports fans who simply want the best experience possible without spending hours researching, comparing, and coordinating. We save you time, stress, and often money — while adding access and details you wouldn't have found on your own.

Whether this is your first live game or your fiftieth, Game Day Elite elevates the experience.

We recommend booking at least 3–6 weeks before your event for the best selection on tickets, hotels, and dining. For major events like the Super Bowl, NBA Finals, or playoff games, earlier is always better — those events sell out fast.

That said, we do take last-minute bookings when we can. If your event is within 2 weeks, reach out immediately and we'll let you know what's possible.

Yes — we love group experiences. Whether you're planning a trip for 2 or 20, we coordinate for the entire travel party. Large groups may be best served by our Championship Weekend or Elite Executive Experience packages, which include full-trip coordination.

Corporate group trips and team outings are welcome too. Contact us for a custom corporate quote.

Packages & Services

We offer four planning packages:

  • 🏈 Kickoff Plan — $63: Perfect for single-day, local game day experiences. Includes venue research, ticket guidance, game day timeline, fan zone tips, and email support.
  • ⭐ All-Access Experience — $163: Our most popular package. Full ticket sourcing, restaurant reservations, hotel recommendations, a custom itinerary, and priority support.
  • 🏆 Championship Weekend — $393: Full weekend trip planning — hotel, flights, dining, transportation, tailgate experience, and on-call weekend support.
  • 👑 Elite Executive Experience — $693: White-glove, full-service concierge for the entire trip. Premium tickets, private transportation, luxury hotel, VIP dining, and a dedicated planner.

We also offer bundles and a monthly Signature Sports Concierge Membership at $33/month.

Your planning fee (the package price) covers Game Day Elite's concierge planning and coordination work — our time, expertise, research, and service.

Third-party costs — tickets, hotel rooms, flights, restaurant meals, transportation, parking, and similar expenses — are separate and paid directly by you or coordinated through us on your behalf. We always give you a clear estimate before anything is booked.

Think of it this way: we're your planner. The planning fee covers us. The trip costs cover the trip.

The best way is a quick consultation call — we'll ask you about your event, travel party, budget, and vision, and recommend the right fit. As a general guide:

  • Local, single-day game → Kickoff Plan
  • Out-of-town trip with hotel and dining → All-Access Experience
  • Full weekend trip with multiple activities → Championship Weekend
  • Special occasion, corporate, or luxury experience → Elite Executive

Yes. We offer add-ons and custom enhancements for any package. Common additions include extra nights of hotel coordination, additional dining reservations, upgraded ticket sections, tailgate experiences, and welcome gift coordination. Ask your planner about what's available for your specific event.

Payment & Pricing

Payment schedule depends on your package:

  • Kickoff Plan & All-Access Experience: Paid in full before planning begins
  • Championship Weekend: 50% at booking, 50% before your final itinerary is delivered
  • Elite Executive Experience: 50% retainer at booking, 50% before trip completion

No planning work begins until the initial payment is received.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe and Square. Payment links are sent securely by email after your service agreement is signed. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

Our planning fees follow this refund schedule based on days before your event:

  • 30+ days out: Full refund minus any processing fees
  • 15–29 days out: 50% refund
  • 8–14 days out: 25% refund
  • 0–7 days out: Non-refundable
  • After planning work begins: Non-refundable

Consultation fees are non-refundable. Third-party costs (tickets, hotels, etc.) are subject to each vendor's own cancellation and refund policies — these vary and are outside our control.

No. We are fully transparent about every cost before anything is booked. Your planning fee is fixed. All third-party estimates are presented and approved by you before we commit. You will never be surprised by a charge.

We present options, you approve costs, then we book. That's always the order of operations.

The Planning Process

Here's what to expect after booking:

  • You receive a welcome guide and portal access within 24 hours
  • You complete your intake form with travel preferences and details
  • We begin researching your options within 3–5 business days of payment
  • We present curated options for your approval
  • Once approved, we execute all bookings
  • Your final itinerary is delivered 7–10 days before your event

Yes. Every client works directly with Brittany Jones, Founder of Game Day Elite. You are not passed to a call center or a generic assistant. Your planner knows your trip, your preferences, and your travel party from day one.

You choose your preferred communication method during onboarding. Most clients communicate by email and text. Phone calls are available for consultations and any time a real-time conversation is needed.

All your documents, confirmations, and itinerary are also available in your private client portal 24/7.

Your client portal is a private, secure online hub where all your trip documents are organized and accessible anytime. It includes folders for:

  • Your welcome guide and itinerary
  • Invoices and receipts
  • Contracts and agreements
  • All booking confirmations and travel documents
  • Updates from your planner

You receive a personal activation code to set up your account when you book.

Tickets & Event Access

We do not sell tickets directly. We source and coordinate ticket purchases through reputable platforms (SeatGeek, StubHub, Ticketmaster, VividSeats) and present you with options based on your section preferences and budget. The ticket cost is a third-party expense, separate from your planning fee.

Yes — for Championship Weekend and Elite Executive clients, premium seating is a core part of what we source. Club level, suite access, and premium sections are all options depending on what's available for your event and your budget. We'll always show you what's possible and let you decide.

If you have event-day support included in your package (All-Access and above), contact your planner immediately. We will help you work through the issue — contacting the ticket platform, resolving will call problems, or finding alternative entry options. We stay available throughout the event window for exactly this reason.

Travel & Logistics

Flight coordination is available on Championship Weekend and Elite Executive packages. We research flight options and timelines, provide recommendations, and coordinate the booking on your behalf. The flight cost is a third-party expense paid directly by you.

On lower packages, we provide guidance on what flights to look for and when to arrive, but don't coordinate the booking directly.

Yes — hotel sourcing and booking support is included in the All-Access Experience and above. We research properties near the venue that match your preferences and budget, present your top options, and coordinate the booking once you approve.

Hotel costs are a third-party expense, billed directly to you or coordinated through us.

Absolutely. Your intake form includes sections for dietary restrictions, allergies, and accessibility requirements. We communicate these to every relevant vendor — restaurants, the hotel, and the venue — and select options that accommodate your party's needs. Nothing about your trip should be stressful, and that includes the details others often overlook.

Changes & Cancellations

Life happens — we understand. Changes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact your planner as early as possible to discuss what you need changed. We'll assess the impact on timeline, cost, and vendor availability and work to accommodate your request. Most changes made well in advance of the event can be handled smoothly.

If the event is officially cancelled or postponed by the league or venue, we will work with you to either reschedule your trip for the new date or process a cancellation. The planning fee refund depends on how far into the planning process we are. Third-party costs (tickets, hotels) are subject to each vendor's refund policy — most issue refunds or credits for cancelled events.

We always advocate on your behalf with vendors in these situations.

Yes. Submit a cancellation request in writing to jonescosignatureservices@gmail.com or through your client portal. Your refund eligibility will be determined by the days remaining until your event, per the refund schedule in your service agreement. We'll process any applicable refund within 10 business days.
